Food and decoration are not included. Rates vary with the season and the day, so call us for the rate for your date.

Flat rate package

A block of up to 6 to 8 hours.

A flat block rate per event, instead of strict hourly rates.

How booking works

  1. Check your date

    Choose a date on the booking page to see which spaces are open, and send your request with the details of your event.

  2. Get your quote

    We check the calendar and your details and send your quote.

  3. Hold the date

    Sign the reservation, and the date is yours.

Questions

Can I see the venue before I book?

Yes. Ask for a tour when you send your request, or call us, and we will arrange a time to walk through the space with you.

Can we book recurring dates?

Yes. Tell us the schedule you have in mind in your request, and we will confirm which dates are available.

Can I book The Fireside Room and The Pine Garden together?

Yes. Choose them together when you request a date. To add The Stage Hall on the same day, mention it in your message.

What if it rains on an outdoor event?

Reserve The Fireside Room with The Pine Garden, and the room is ready for your guests if the weather turns. If your guest list is larger than The Fireside Room holds, we will talk through a weather plan with you before you book.

Can you help with room setup?

Yes. Share your guest count and the layout you have in mind when you request a date, and we will review the setup with you.

Is catering provided?

Catering is not included in the rental. You arrange food service separately.
